From family to youth, from work-life balance to social values — a research center that monitors the transformation of Turkish society and produces analyses based on field data.
TODAM is a research center within the İLKE Foundation that monitors the transformation of social thought and values, and conducts quantitative and qualitative field research in the areas of family, youth and work life. It aims to read Türkiye's social agenda through data and to make long-term trends visible.
Our work proceeds along three axes: family (the transformation of the institution and solidarity networks), youth (values, expectations and participation) and work life (work-life balance and social mobility). Through periodic social surveys we track trends as time series.
TODAM shares its findings with the public, academia and decision-makers; it publishes regular social survey reports, thematic analyses and agenda notes.
